A leading cable manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Engineer to explore and develop markets in Italy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and prior experience in technical sales or project management. A competitive salary package will be offered, aligned with qualifications and experience.

Competenze

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese and/or Italian is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience in technical sales or project management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development

Actively explore the Italy and surrounding markets; identify and engage potential clients, maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.

Project Execution

Manage the execution of local projects, including technical coordination, commercial negotiations, and contract fulfillment; serve as a bridge between headquarters and clients to ensure smooth technical and business communication.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese and / or Italian highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other engineering-related fields (preferred).
  • Previous experience in technical sales or project management is an advantage.
  • For candidates with outstanding commercial skills and strong market insight, technical background requirements may be more flexible.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
