A luxury brand is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant in Venice to foster strong customer relationships and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have managerial experience, customer relationship skills, and fluency in both Italian and English. Responsibilities include compliance with company policies, budget management, and team development.

On behalf of our customer, an esteemed Luxury Brand, we are recruiting the following profile in Venice :

SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT / LUXURY BRAND / VENICE
Responsibilities
  • Creates and builds a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with customers, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client’s needs and expectations
  • Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures
  • Assesses the effectiveness of the team, and provides the appropriate level of coaching performance feedback
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures
  • Managing budget and KPI’S
  • Business development; PR activity; CRM development.
  • Support team management (approx. 10 resources)

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience :

  • Managerial experience with an emphasis on motivating and developing staff
