Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Sales Associate role at Brunello Cucinelli. The Senior Sales Associate represents the brand and philosophy to customers, from Solomeo to the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance and style in line with the casual elegance standards of the brand.
• Provide a polite, helpful disposition and attentive service to customers and colleagues; work as part of a boutique team coordinated by the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Acquire and apply product knowledge, aesthetics, and philosophy each season to competently guide customers through the collection, assist with trying on and selection, and communicate the brand story.
• Manage the working environment including boutique appearance, customer relationships, sales transactions, and visual displays (store and window) for daily placements and periodic dressings.
• Organize administration of the warehouse and inventory to ensure supply aligns with communication with customers and the company.
