Un marchio di moda riconosciuto a Milano è alla ricerca di un/a Sales Assistant. La figura selezionata si occuperà di fornire un eccellente servizio clienti, massimizzare le vendite e sviluppare relazioni durature con i clienti. Si richiedono ottime capacità comunicative e un'esperienza nel retail. È richiesta fluency in inglese e il cinese è apprezzato. Offriamo un contratto part-time con retribuzione negoziabile.

Type of Contract: Tempo det. Part time

Main duties

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role
  • To maximize sales for the store;
  • To develop enduring relationships with clients;
  • To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
  • To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;
  • To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
  • To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
  • To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
  • To handle returns of merchandise;
  • To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
  • To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;
  • To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
  • To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
  • To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
  • To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate
