A contemporary luxury brand in Milan is seeking a Senior RTW Designer. The role involves leading the design development of ready-to-wear collections, sourcing materials, and collaborating with pattern makers. Ideal candidates will have 6–10 years of experience in fashion design with a luxury background and proficiency in relevant design software. The position emphasizes strong creative maturity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams in Milan and Shanghai.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of womenswear and menswear design experience.
• Previous experience in luxury contemporary brands preferred.
• Experience working with ITALIAN ateliers is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead design development for selected RTW categories.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, leather, and trims.
• Oversee first proto through final sample, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare tech packs, construction details, and spec information.
• Conduct research across fashion, architecture, materials, and culture.

Conoscenze

Strong sketching or digital illustration ability

Solid understanding of garment construction and pattern logic

Deep fabric knowledge and strong sensibility toward texture and drape

Ability to interpret a brand’s design language

Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop
