WTW is seeking a Senior Analyst- General Risk Consulting to deliver insightful analysis within the Risk & Analytics team. You will advise client relationships on risk finance strategies, contribute to revenue growth, and prepare materials for client meetings while reviewing data and performing exploratory analysis.

The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders on strategic risk management, developing financing options, and supporting bid proposals. Significant travel may be required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Intellectual curiosity to deliver insightful analysis under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1).
• Advanced computer modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in strategic consultancy preferred.

Mansioni

• Advise Client Relationship Directors on risk finance and strategy.
• Significant contribution to developing new revenue for Risk & Analytics.
• Prepare materials and represent WTW in client meetings.
• Review client data and conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Engage with clients at Board and operational levels on risk management objectives.
• Develop risk financing options to meet client objectives and reduce costs.
• Assist senior risk consultants on Loss Prevention at higher hazard sites.
• Assist with development of RFP proposals and client engagement proposals.
• Travel as needed.
• Maintain audit trail for analytical work.
• Contribute to new product development and process improvement.
