Illumina seeks a senior Regulatory Legal Counsel in Lucca, Tuscany, to guide the lifecycle of medical devices, diagnostics, and life-science products across EMEA and LATAM. You will translate complex rules into actionable guidance for executives and product teams, balancing compliance with innovation.
You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Legal, Compliance and IT to ensure submissions, market access, and post-market obligations are met in a fast-paced global setting.
Competenze
- Legal qualification to practice in the UK, US or EU.
- Experience advising on regulatory frameworks for medical devices and diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of EU/UK IVDR and related post-market obligations.
Mansioni
- Provide regulatory legal advisory across EMEA and Latin America.
- Interpret EU and UK medical device and IVD frameworks for product teams.
- Assess regulatory risk and support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.
