Role And Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
  2. Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool
  3. Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
  4. Assess candidate interest and ability to thrive in ION culture
  5. Foster lasting relationships with candidates
  6. Share best practice interviewing techniques with Interviewers
  7. Build an effective network of internal and external resources to call on as needed
  8. Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
  9. Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver a disruptive employer brand strategy
  10. Promote our values, culture and passion
  11. Distribute thoughtful and engaging employer brand content
  12. Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
  13. Develop recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops
  14. Continually search for opportunities to elevate our brand by identifying industry best practices, evaluating competitors and nurturing networks and partnerships

Requirements

  1. Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience
  2. Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities
  3. Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines and time zones
  4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  5. Willingness to learn and use software tools
  6. College / University degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field from an accredited institution preferred
  7. Proven success in recruiting and filling positions also in the Tech space
  8. Demonstrated ability to effectively place candidates for all positions at up to Senior levels
  9. Experience with competitive job markets preferred
  10. Working knowledge using any candidate tracking systems
  11. 5+ years recruiting experience
  12. An aptitude for sharing best practices and becoming a subject matter expert in the role
  13. Proven ability to be a talent advisor to your hiring managers
  14. Result driven, OKR driven
