Consol Partners in Umbria, Italy, is seeking a senior Quality Control Manager in aerospace manufacturing to lead the QC team and ensure product conformity from inspection to certification. This role focuses on coordinating inspectors, defining KPIs, and overseeing non-conformities with root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have 7–10 years of aerospace or metalworking experience, an engineering degree, and strong communication skills in English;

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience in quality control
• Experience in aerospace or aeronautical manufacturing ideal

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Quality Control Inspectors
• Allocate resources for effective product inspection
• Develop, monitor and analyse Quality Control KPIs
• Oversee Certificate of Conformity (COC) processes
• Manage non-conformity reports related to materials and processes
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO/ISM procedures and metrology processes
• Collaborate with production, engineering and suppliers
