Hired is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join a pioneering AI team focused on large language models. This remote role offers the chance to design and optimize Python pipelines for model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning.

You will collaborate with researchers and annotators to improve RLHF workflows, ranked responses, and data generation, contributing to benchmark progress across domains. We value independence, strong software engineering practices, and the ability to work across time

Competenze

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Strong understanding of evaluation strategies and benchmarking processes for AI models.
• Ability to design and implement Python code for data generation and model optimization.
• Familiarity with AI model response evaluation and ranking methodologies.
