• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences, High Tech facility, or Logistics construction.
• Experience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development.

Mansioni

• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate General Contractor, vendors, and consultants.
• Review and approve construction proposals and costs.
• Lead client meetings and manage disputes.
• Monitor and report on construction costs.
• Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews.
• Manage the transfer of building operations to the client.
• Validate cost estimates prepared by contractors.
