Job Description

Senior Construction Project Manager – Italy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to review plans and specifications.
• Manage contract negotiations and other agreements with EPC and O&M.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate subcontractors and construction crews.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Secure permits and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Monitor projects progress and identify and address any potential issues proactively.
• Manage project budget and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols.
• Coordinate an internal Site Managers team.
• Coordinate external services providers, e.g., owner engineering, environmental advisers, health & safety supervision services.
• Handle and provide all close‑out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the solar PV industry.
• In‑depth experience in PV construction & management, either in EPC and/or owner perspectives.
• Team player, high level of organization, time management and autonomy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good level of English, oral and written. Italian and Spanish are a plus.
• Domain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD.
• Available to travel and stay at project sites in various locations when required.
