What you’ll do

• Lead on‑site execution of $50M+ ESPC projects at U.S. military bases.
• Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA / QC standards.
• Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.
