A leading engineering company in Italy is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee engineering teams and ensure project compliance with contract and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, strong leadership skills, and at least 5 years in project engineering in the Oil & Gas sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a challenging field.

Competenze

• 5 years as Project Engineer and 2 years as PEM in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Energy EPC projects.
• Experience in leading a group of engineers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Ensure engineering is developed respecting Contract, Quality, Safety, and Environment requirements.
• Lead the engineering project team, defining guidelines and strategy.
• Interact with Client and Partners for technical matters.
• Prepare the Project Engineering Plan and deliverables planning.
• Control engineering quality to achieve KPI targets.
