McDermott International is seeking a Senior Principal Cost Controls Specialist to lead cost management across complex projects. You will interpret contracts, coordinate with Project Accounting, and drive monthly cost forecasts and EACs.

With 12+ years in project controls in the oil and gas sector, you will provide expert guidance in cost control strategies, invoicing, and contract change management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milano.

• Degree in Engineering/Construction/Business or related field; equivalent training/experience.
• At least 12+ years in project control activities; supervisory experience in a matrix environment.
• Solid background in the oil and gas industry; familiarity with Primavera P6.

Essential Qualifications and Education

Degree in Engineering/Construction/Business or related field, or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience.
At least 12+ years of experience in project control activities.
Supervisory experience in a matrix environment and progressive experience working for a contractor.
Solid background in the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with Primavera P6#LI-LJ1.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
