Renesas Electronics is seeking a Sr. Staff Power Conversion Technologist to lead architectural direction in high‑performance power delivery. You will influence roadmaps from rack to VR and engage with top customers to translate market needs into system-level solutions.

Responsibilities include modeling power architectures, evaluating technology options, and driving advanced feasibility studies with cross-functional teams. A bonus is included and a broad benefits package is offered.

Competenze

• Deep expertise in high performance power engineering including theoretical design, modelling and real-world system implementation.
• Directly relevant experience in power electronics, PDN design, or system architecture.
• Proficiency with industry tools for PDN modelling, magnetic design and thermal analysis.
• Strong engineering depth and executive-level communication skills.

• Modeling, simulating, and analyzing power converters and full power distribution architectures.
• Evaluating, synthesizing, and comparing technology options for next generation architectures.
