Overview

As a Senior PMO you will support an existing Management Consultants team, driving new projects for important national clients. Your scope will span demand management, Cloud implementation, process improvement, change management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Demand Management: analyse customer needs, prioritise requirements, elicite and document requirements.
  • Planning, management and coordination of Cloud application implementation projects.
  • Process analysis, identification of improvement areas and development of procedures.
  • Change Management: design organisational change plans to adopt new processes.
  • Customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction of contractually defined requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the above functions, preferably in consulting firms.
  • Organisational autonomy.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science, Economics or related scientific fields.
  • Good knowledge of English.
