Following the acquisition of a leader in immersive Augmented Reality advertising, the business is scaling rapidly as a post‑acquisition scale‑up. Headquartered in Italy with a growing presence in the UK and US, the team is approximately 140 people, backed by leading investors, and on a clear trajectory toward a private‑equity exit in the next 3–5 years.
An AI‑powered programmatic curation platform that delivers superior advertising performance by curating high‑quality inventory from 2,000+ direct publishers, complemented by an AR advertising platform that enables brands and agencies to create, distribute, and measure engaging AR campaigns. Together they form a comprehensive toolkit for the next generation of digital advertising.
This is a mandate to build the operational backbone of a future industry leader. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will architect people systems, processes, and policies to create a scalable foundation for global growth and future exit readiness. You will operate as a standalone specialist and go‑to expert for HR operations, driving organizational effectiveness across the company. The role is based in Italy and provides a direct succession path to the Global Head of HR.
