Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of payroll data for Italian employees
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Verify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
• Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues
• Ensure compliance with Italian payroll laws and regulations
• Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll laws and regulations
• Experience using Zucchetti payroll system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, AITotal Rewards

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
