Fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency based out of London that managed performance-driven campaigns for global clients across both B2B and B2C industries is currently seeking an experienced Paid Meida Manager who solid B2B expertise with a focus in Google Ads along LinkedIn, Meta, or Programmatic - Paid Media experience.
Tasks
- Lead on Google Ads strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of clients — managing search, display, video, and performance campaigns end-to-end.
- Build and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, conversions, and client growth, ensuring world-class standards in delivery.
- Oversee and contribute to other paid media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic) as secondary platforms, applying your strategic understanding to multi-channel performance.
- Create data-driven reports and performance decks with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign results directly to clients, demonstrating clear strategic thinking and transparency in performance.
- Conduct in-depth audience, keyword, and competitive analysis to refine targeting and optimise performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure paid media strategies align with client goals and integrated marketing plans.
- Stay on top of the latest platform updates, beta features, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, with a core focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max)
- Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns within an agency environment — agency experience is essential.
- Strong experience in at least one or two additional channels (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Programmatic)
- Highly analytical mindset with strong proficiency in optimisation, bid strategies, and data interpretation
- Experience creating and presenting professional client reports and strategy decks.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience, able to explain performance clearly and confidently.
- Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a remote, high-autonomy environment, managing multiple clients and deadlines. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — able to both plan and execute campaigns at expert level.
