  • Smart Cockpit OS Architecture: Drive end-to-end architecture design and evolution of the cockpit OS, from kernel to framework, ensuring industry-leading performance and robustness.
  • Multi-Domain Secure Convergence: Lead the design of virtualization, secure isolation, and efficient resource sharing architectures to support convergence of cockpit, vehicle control, and autonomous driving domains.
  • System-on-Chip Optimization: Optimize performance across macro/micro kernel designs, and leverage CPU/GPU/NPU/memory/bandwidth capabilities of automotive SoCs.
  • Next-Gen AI-Centric OS: Develop key OS technologies to support efficient AI model inference and heterogeneous resource scheduling, enabling a solid foundation for onboard AI applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of OS kernel development experience, with notable contributions to the Linux kernel community
  • Deep understanding of low-level system performance and reliability optimization
  • Expert in kernel scheduling, memory management, device drivers, and system debugging
  • Recognized authority in OS architecture with leadership in major system design projects
  • Strong publication or patent record in system software
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English and confident in public technical discourse
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
  • Maintainer or technical committee member in Linux Foundation or similar open source orgs
  • Original contributions in OS kernels, real-time systems, or embedded OS
  • Familiarity with automotive OS safety and compliance requirements
  • Experience with RISC-V and next-gen computing platforms
  • Expertise in OS security, virtualization, and domain isolation
  • Publications in top-tier conferences (OSDI, ASPLOS, EuroSys, etc.)
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale tech transformations
  • Extensive collaboration experience with multinational R&D teams
