Eusa Pharma in Milano, a leader in oncology drug development, seeks a Senior Manager Clinical Development Onco to provide medical leadership across trial design, execution and regulatory interactions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure trials meet GCP standards and strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates have a Medical Doctor degree, 5+ years in pharma, and proven oncology/haematology experience with rare diseases, plus strong communication with KOLs and regulatory authorities.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a clinical development role with medical monitor responsibility
• Experience with Regulatory interactions and submissions
• Experience in oncology/haematology and rare diseases
• Fluency in English is required

Mansioni

• Provide medical leadership for trial design, endpoints, and assessments.
• Lead clinical documents: protocols, IBs, ICFs, Safety/Monitoring Plans, and SAPs.
• Act as Medical Monitor for continuous evaluation of data and safety.
• Maintain end-to-end medical oversight of trial execution.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance departments.
• Support Business Development and licensing activities.
