BaxEnergy creates strategic software solutions for monitoring renewable energy. We are seeking a senior backend developer to design, build, and scale the ESP-x platform using .NET and robust data management.

You will work with cloud-native tech, containers, and CI/CD in a remote-friendly setup, mentoring juniors and collaborating across time zones. This fully remote, permanent role includes an annual Sicily retreat and generous vacation policies.

Competenze

• Experience as Backend Engineer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and database management.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• 4-hour overlap with CET/CEST time zones for global collaboration.
