A leading global IT services company is seeking a Senior Murex Consultant to lead implementations of Murex modules. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Murex projects, strong knowledge of financial products, and excellent communication skills. This role is based in Naples, Campania, with a hybrid work model available.

Competenze

Proven experience of at least 5 years on Murex projects.
Deep knowledge of Integration, Reporting, and Market Data modules.
Good understanding of trade life cycle of financial products.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Murex modules related to Integration, Reporting, and Market Data, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical architecture.

Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Support junior consultants through coaching and knowledge transfer, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least 5 years on Murex projects

Deep knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Integration, Reporting, Market Data

Good knowledge of financial products (derivatives, bonds, equity, …) and trade life cycle

Familiarity with tools such as MXML, Datamart, RTBS, MDRS, Market Data loaders

Experience in migration, upgrade and/or implementation projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

Strong functional and technical analysis capabilities

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience in cloud or DevOps environments

Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python)

Murex or ITIL certifications

Knowledge of similar platforms (Kondor, Calypso, Sophis, …)
