NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to collaborate with seasoned data scientists and ML engineers on advanced ML and Generative AI initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. You will build scalable data pipelines, deploy ML models, lead a team of ML engineers, and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

This role offers exposure to cutting-edge frameworks (PyTorch, Keras) and modern MLOps practices, with

Competenze

• At least 5 years of production experience in Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong math, probability, statistics and algorithms background.
• 6–12 months in Generative AI deployment and architecture handling.
• Vector DB knowledge is a plus.
• Solid data structures, data modeling and software architecture understanding.
• Fluent in two mainstream languages (Python, Scala, Java, C++).
• Experience building infrastructure for DS/ML users.
• Strong Spark/Databricks knowledge.
• Experience with cloud and cross-cloud environments; Snowflake is a plus.
• Deep ML frameworks knowledge (Keras / PyTorch).
• Designing production ML pipelines; CI/CD, containerization, MLops.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
