Job summary

Madrigal is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior MSL in Italy to build relationships with leaders in NAFLD/NASH, explain disease landscape and clinical data, and support scientific exchange across hepatology and gastroenterology. The role involves regional insights, medical trainings, and collaboration with commercial and clinical teams.

The position offers an annual base salary with bonus and equity, with final level based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical field (MSL or similar).
• Advanced healthcare/science degree (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD etc.) or equivalent.
• Hepatology/GI and fatty liver experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key TLs, HCPs and investigators in NAFLD/NASH.
• Represent Madrigal at scientific congresses and society meetings.
• Collaborate with commercial, payer/access and clinical teams to share regional insights.
