Role Overview

We’re looking for a Media Buyer to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others). The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, ROAS optimization, and audience targeting for premium brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social and search platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the creative and onboarding teams to align visuals and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Test new ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Stay current on digital trends and competitor activities in the luxury sector.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Affiliate marketing platforms
  • Experience with pixel tracking, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English; Italian or Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in fashion or e-commerce is highly desirable.
