Axiro Group is seeking an experienced mechanical design professional in Lombardy, Italy. The role involves studying technical specifications, conducting feasibility analyses, and advancing concepts through detailed 3D/2D modeling and design for manufacturing.

Competenze

• Experience in mechanical design fundamentals.
• Proficient in 3D/2D modelling and drafting.
• Comfortable with visiting customers and collaborating in a dynamic team.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Our group is an established player in technical consultancy for manufacturing companies, leveraging a strong internal team with solid know-how in product design, simulation, prototyping, validation, reliability analysis and technical documentation development.

Profile

The ideal candidate has extensive experience (5+) in mechanical design. Experience in production plants and/or workshops, practical experience on machine tools, production plants, workshop or commissioning and, in general, on manufacturing technologies, are nice to have.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals
• Experience on mechanical systems design (3d modelling and 2d drawings)
• mCAD proficiency
• General knowledge of commercial industrial components and subsystems
• Proactive, willing to collaborate with a dynamic team and a demanding market
• Available for visiting customers
• Good English, spoken and written

Location: this is an hybrid offering; candidates could join our teams in Bergamo or work remotely or on-site at customer plant, depending on the project.
