About the role :

Foster the expertise for the hardware, contributing to the definition of company objectives and ensuring his development up to the efficient and timely production and respect of quality standards, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer based on Electronics dept.

He / she will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing components for Alpinestars’ mechanical products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the hardware meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical components for electronic products using CAD program (CATIA) and additive manufacturing technology. FEM analysis recommended.
  • Create detailed design specifications and drawings based on product requirements.
  • Search and development of innovative components and technical solution
  • Conduct simulations and prototyping to validate hardware designs.
  • Collaborate with Software and HW electronic engineers to integrate hardware and software components with mechanical component.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
  • Lead proof test through internal laboratory
Requirements
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD program
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market.
  • Experience working in international environments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and part development in Motorsport, Sport Equipment, Automotive or Home appliance industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development process.
  • English level B2-C1
