Overview

What We Are Looking For

In a logic of continuous improvement, we are looking for a senior Mechanical Designer for Central Industrial Engineering (CIE) department in Lanciano (CH).

Responsibilities

• Manage of the engineering developments of the new mechanical automatic process machines, according to timeframes and objectives defined in the project;
• Coordinate the design and implementation of testing, to optimise new materials and current processes;
• Collaborate with the Research and Development Team;
• Prepare reports within the deadlines of the planned activities;
• Improve the time to market for ME desing;
• Improve new technical solutions:
• Support and implement higher technological solutions with a transversal know-how.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience in ME desing of automatic process machines.
• A team player who demonstrates determination, energy and enthusiasm following an open, flexible and solution driven approach.
• Excellent Mechanical Design skills: Layout development and Automatic machine development
• Excellent Pneumatical Development skills
• Competence in business tools: MS office, MS projects, 2D CAD, 3D Solid Edge, FEM analysis
• Fluent in English is a must, second language is an advantage
• Educational Requirements: Educated to a technical diploma/degree.
