Job summary

ACMA, a Coesia company, near Bologna, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembler to join the production team. You will perform precise assembly of automated filling machines for aerosol and related packaging systems, reading complex drawings to ensure tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate has a Technical Diploma in mechanical fields and 10 years of assembly experience, with a strong grasp of mechanical, pneumatic, and automation concepts. English technical terminology is desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical, P&ID, pneumatic, and assembly drawings.
• Experience with precision tolerances and high-pressure sealing systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, including sensors, actuators, and motion control.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete assembly of automated filling machines per engineering specs.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Perform precise assembly tasks with strict tolerances and proper mounting of seals and bearings.
• Collaborate with electrical team to integrate pneumatic and sensor-based automation.
• Identify and resolve mechanical fit issues and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback to engineering to improve tooling and processes.
