DXC Technology in Naples is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes administration expertise to own end-to-end platform operations. You will manage cluster lifecycles, implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments with Terraform, Helm, Bash or Python, and collaborate with development teams to enforce best practices while mentoring colleagues.

The role offers a hybrid work model, competitive base salary starting from €36,000 gross per year, and benefits including health

Competenze

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline design.
• Solid understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd).
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Good scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong Linux systems engineering background.
• Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters with end-to-end ownership of the platform.
• Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain cluster components such as ingress controllers, storage integrations, and networking plugins.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Automate deployment workflows, environment provisioning, and repetitive tasks using Bash or Python.
• Use Terraform, Helm, and related IaC tools to define and manage infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to support containerization and best practices, mentoring juniors.
