  • Location: Abruzzo (Chieti Province) - hybrid with frequent on‑site presence. Nearby residence preferred.
  • International scope: collaboration with colleagues in Italy, abroad, and headquarters in Norway.
  • Travel: on‑demand visits to clients and NORBIT sites.

Key Responsibilities

Under the Connectivity segment, facing markets as Electronic Tolling Collection, Industrial IoT/Tracking/monitoring/AI products, RF and Microwave industries:

  • Manage key B2B relationships with Tier‑1/Tier‑2 automotive, industrial and OEM customers through listening, analysis, and proactive action.
  • Act as Project Manager for R&D projects identified by business development team, working in synergy with internal teams (R&D Quality, Production, Logistics) and the technical management.
  • Run a Key Account Management role by supporting and translating client needs and challenges into feasible solutions.
  • Reporting activity results and defined KPI to Business Development/Commercial director.
  • Contribute to a sustainable growth strategies aligned with NORBIT’s value.
Your Profile
  • Must have a M.Sc. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Management Engineering) with a strong technical foundation.
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in key account and project‑management roles within the industrial/automotive sectors.
  • Combine logic and intuition, think in solutions, and build trust.
  • Fluent Italian and English at C1+ (written & spoken) and ideally have international, cross‑cultural experience. Other European languages and Norwegian are a plus.
  • Curious, reliable, and motivated by quality, growth, and collaboration.
  • Able to cope under pressure and meet the needs of a demanding and everchanging /growing international business.
  • Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive.
  • Have a sense of urgency and the ability to deal swiftly with changing needs.
  • Team player with the ability to work in an international environment with remote colleagues.
  • Highly organized with an ability to multitask.
