Key Account Manager GCC and Levant

The Role:

For a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking a Key Account Manager with a solid sales expertise to join the MEA Sales Team, covering GCC or Levant regions. The team manages a network of distributors selling the company’s core products within the assigned region. The selected candidate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maximize order volumes and significantly contribute to overall team revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the full range of company products and provide tailored solutions to distributors in the assigned region.
  • Expand the customer base where possible, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with:
  • The Customer Service Department to guarantee accurate order processing.
  • The Area Sales Manager, regularly updating on sales activities.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal offices related to sales and customer activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

    <>5 to 7 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales within the MEA region.
  • Proven track record in managing sales within GCC and/or Levant
  • Previous experience in working with distributors.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Execute and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ground & Rail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting your sales approach as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply persuasive negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset to overcome sales challenges.
  • Embrace a competitive, results-oriented attitude while working effectively within a team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within the transport sector with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ground transport industry and market dynamics.
