A fast-growing product company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build scalable backend services and develop responsive frontend applications. Candidates should have proficiency in Java (Spring), Angular, and Elasticsearch, along with strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL. This is a 100% remote position with a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000, depending on experience.

We are a fast-growing product company (not consultancy) specialized in Customer Experience for the automotive sector, working with Fortune 500 clients. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Java (Spring), Angular, and Elasticsearch.

What you’ll do :

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (Java / Spring).
• Develop responsive frontend applications (Angular).
• Work with Elasticsearch for advanced search and data performance.
• Use relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate APIs.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience in Java + Spring.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Solid expertise in Elasticsearch (integration, optimization).
• Good knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, Agile.
• Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD) and experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Fluent in Italian & English.

100% Remote, CET timezone

Salary range (freelance contract) : 50.000 € - 70.000 €, based on experience.
