Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a hands-on Senior Java Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple backend services in a cloud-native environment. You will design, build and ship production code in Java, with cross-functional collaboration across product, DevOps and other development teams.

The role involves contributing to Python services as needed, mentoring engineers, and guiding architectural decisions while delivering scalable solutions across several microservices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Java experience.
• Proven work with microservices or distributed systems.
• Production Python code experience.
• Strong AWS/cloud-native architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Ability to influence architecture and coach others.
• Strong testing, maintainability and production code quality.

Mansioni

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Java.
