This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to implement cloud solutions and ensuring high code quality. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Italian and possess strong analytical skills. The position offers a partially in-person working model in Rome, and applicants must be eligible to work in Italy without visa assistance.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
• 8-10 years of Java experience. Knowledge of at least one other common development language (C/C++, JavaScript, Python) is a plus
• Knowledge of common software technologies and design patterns
• Development experience on multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure project success
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts
• The work location is in Rome, with a partially in-person weekly working model
• Must be available and willing to follow the work model
• Customer-facing attitude
• Fluent English; Fluent Italian is a MUST

• Work with our engineering team to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions

• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
