Thrive It Systems is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a client project in Bari, Italy. The role is full-time and permanent, requiring English and Italian language skills while delivering robust Java-based solutions.

You will work closely with product owners, translate business needs into technical designs, and support ongoing development, testing, and change management across the stack.

Competenze

• Must have hands-on experience with Java and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design.

Mansioni

• Work with product owners to translate objectives into technical requirements.
• Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation.
• Support development teams and supervise design, testing and modification stages.
• Work as a part of the L3 support team.
• Build and maintain IT solutions using Java technologies.
• Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation.
• Incident handling, problem resolution, change management, application maintenance.
• Documentation and collaboration with client teams.
