NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a hands-on Java Software Architect to lead the assessment, modernisation, and migration of enterprise Java applications. This role requires a strong technical leader who can define and execute modernisation strategies and address platform compatibility challenges.

You will guide development teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to drive large migration initiatives and deliver measurable business value

Competenze

• 12+ years IT experience in Java application development and architecture.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise modernization, migration or transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale programs with multiple apps, teams, and stakeholders.

• Lead architecture assessment, modernisation planning and migration of enterprise Java applications.
• Define technical architecture and implementation approach for complex Java-based enterprise applications.
