Peel Ports is seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager to own the stability, resilience and continuous improvement of IT services across a 24/7 environment. You will lead and inspire technical teams, driving service excellence and data-led decision making.

In this senior role you will manage major incidents, ensure effective restoration and clear stakeholder communication, and translate technical challenges into business outcomes that support organisational growth and transformation at Peel

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams in IT service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and IT support functions.
• Experience managing major incidents and working under pressure.
