Job summary

Bolton Group in Milan seeks a Group IT Security Manager to translate security strategy into architectures, controls and improvements. You’ll lead Zero Trust initiatives and drive SOC effectiveness, incident response, and remediation across IT teams and partners.

The role reports to the Group IT Information Security & Infrastructure Director. Flexible remote work is possible; 5 years in IT security and strong collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years in IT/Cyber Security with senior responsibility for technical initiatives.
• Hands-on SIEM/EDR, managed SOC and incident response experience.
• Experience securing cloud, identity, endpoints and networks; Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive Zero Trust security architecture across cloud, identity, network and endpoints.
• Govern SOC effectiveness, incident response, playbooks and escalation paths.
• Assess services, prioritise vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain security standards for hardening, firewall rules and software approvals.
• Lead security initiatives with partners and suppliers; report progress.
