Catenon is representing an international restaurant group seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence across its Italian restaurant network. The role involves frequent travel across Italy to audit locations and support the business in maintaining high standards of internal controls and performance.

With 5+ years in internal or operational audit within hospitality or QSR, you will assess processes, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Compliance, or similar roles with multi-site exposure.
• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or QSR sectors is essential.
• Experience conducting on-site audits across dispersed locations.
• Proficient Italian (C2) and pre-advanced English (B2+).

Mansioni

• Plan and execute regular operational audits across restaurants, assessing adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct on-site visits to restaurants across Italy to evaluate compliance and identify gaps.
• Review internal controls and processes, recommending improvements.
• Identify and monitor risks related to restaurant operations and controls.
• Ensure mandatory procedures and guidelines are consistently implemented across the business.
• Follow up on corrective action plans to address audit findings and mitigate non-conformities.
• Analyse reporting systems to support audit activities and data reliability.
• Consolidate audit results and prepare monthly reports for management.

Formazione

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field
