Reggiani Macchine S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Programmer/Architect (C++/C#) to define code design guidelines for machine-level software and mentor the team while staying hands-on.

The role reports to the R&D product leader regionally and dotted to the Sr. Director of Software Development in Spain, with focus on integration across control, diagnostics, and supervision of complex industrial machines.

Competenze

• Proven experience in developing software for industrial machines and embedded systems.
• Deep knowledge of C++ and C# with real-time/low-level programming.
• Experience with HMI and .NET ecosystem.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, EtherCAT, Modbus).

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and optimize the software architecture for control, diagnostics, and supervision of complex machines.
• Lead technology choices, define coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with PLC, electronic, and mechanical teams to translate specs into robust software architectures.
• Mentor less experienced programmers and ensure long-term system stability.
