APM Terminals is seeking an experienced HSSE leader for an on-site role in Vado Ligure, Italy. You will partner with Operations and Maintenance to drive HSSE initiatives, analyze incidents, and implement sustainable safety solutions in a multinational setting.

The position requires a degree in Engineering, 5+ years HSSE background, and fluency in Italian and English. We offer a competitive package with a 10% short-term incentive, life and accident insurance, meal card, and other global benefits.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years HSSE experience, ideally in operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations.
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.

Mansioni

• Drive execution: partner with Operations, Maintenance and other functions to implement HSSE initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement: support incident analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate projects: track progress, risks and results across cross-functional HSSE projects.
• Be present in the field: conduct Gemba walks, promote a proactive safety culture.
