The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of HSE plans, ensure compliance with legislation, and provide training to site teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in HSE management and be fluent in both Italian and English. This role promises a significant impact on the organization’s safety culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years' HSE management experience in large industrial, EPC, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and European HSE legislation.
• Experience with ISO standards, ESIA documentation, and permitting.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports to senior leadership.
• Conduct site inspections and internal HSE audits.
