A leading logistics company in Campania is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to ensure safety at their Fulfilment Centre. You will manage health and safety functions, engage in projects across sites, and provide advice on safety matters. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in team management, and knowledge of local legislation. Proficiency in English and Italian is required. This role is essential for driving safety culture and compliance within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent level of qualification in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) RSPP certified.
• Relevant experience managing a team in health and safety.
• Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Italian.
• Experience operating at all levels of an organization.
• Experience driving significant change through an operation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the health and safety function at the Fulfilment Centre.
• Engage in collaborative health and safety projects across operational sites.
• Provide advice on health & safety matters to stakeholders.
• Review and audit arrangements for health & safety management.
• Provide strategies to reduce health & safety risks.
• Ensure robust reporting for H&S statistics.
• Support business change through effective change management.
• Drive a behavioral culture change program across operations.
• Implement and review global safety policies.
