Hardware Design Engineer – On‑Site in Brescia (1-Year Assignment)

We are supporting a key client in Brescia in the search for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join their team for a 12‑month assignment. The role requires on‑site presence throughout the week, with the possibility of one day of smart working.

What You’ll Do

• You will be responsible for the design and development of electronic hardware boards, contributing to the full lifecycle of innovative products. This is a hands‑on technical role where solid engineering fundamentals and autonomy are essential.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong experience in HW electronic board design (core requirement)
• Proficiency with schematic design tools
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI principles
• Experience working with 220 V powered devices
• Familiarity with DC‑DC converters

Ideal Profile

• 5–15 years of experience in hardware design
• Candidates with 3–4 years of experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong technical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
