As a Senior Growth Product Manager

you will play a key role in a cross‑functional team focused on monetization, pricing and growth.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Defining and evolving the monetization strategy and pricing direction for the Toggl Suite, balancing business growth targets, technical feasibility, and user value.
  • Driving cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to translate monetization insights into actionable, high‑impact product decisions.
  • Taking ownership of problem discovery and synthesizing insights to build solutions that improve conversion to paid and overall revenue.
  • Navigating trade‑offs related to billing systems, pricing infrastructure, and working with engineers to find the best path forward for scalable monetization solutions.
  • Prioritizing scalability for various pricing tiers and enterprise‑level monetization features, ensuring that infrastructure investments in billing and pricing operations translate into meaningful improvements for user adoption and revenue growth.
  • Championing a hands‑on, MVP mindset for monetization experiments, iterating quickly, validating ideas related to pricing and packaging, and taking decisive action based on PLG metrics and conversion data.
