Johnson Johnson in Lombardy is seeking an experienced Lead Trial Delivery Manager to drive study-level execution, oversee vendors across countries, and align trial plans with local capabilities.

You will shape operational strategies, mentor staff, manage risk, and support inspections, contributing to patient-focused medicines from lab to life within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Competenze

• BS degree or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of clinical trial experience across multiple study phases (I–IV).
• Experience in matrixed global environments with strong leadership.
• Excellent decision-making, analytics, and financial management skills.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs).
• Manage vendor setup, ongoing vendor activities, SOW creation and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Provide input on trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues.
• Mentor onboarding and development of Trial Management staff.
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning.
