EY Milano is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. The role requires advanced incident management skills, forensics know‑how, and the ability to maintain clear communications under pressure.

This position emphasizes on‑call duties, cross‑border collaboration, and ongoing process improvements within EY's cyber defense program.

• Coordinate response efforts to cybersecurity incidents caused by external threats, including nontraditional working hours.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and partners, interfacing with Information Security teams and business partners.
• Lead process and documentation development and improvements for the Cyber & Investigative Services team.
• Draft communications and ensure timely reports/updates to leadership during and after an incident.
• Own and manage the team’s internal action playbooks and knowledgebase.
